    I'm having a d-pad issues with my Covert Forces controller as well. I'm at work now, but will check on the lot number later. Is there anything that can done about this through Microsoft since it is a known defect or am I required to go through the store
    I purchased from?

    Covert Forces controller d-pad problems

    I bought my controller over 90 days ago and I thought I was going nuts but I am having the same darn issue, the D-pad doesn't register button pushes half of the time! i thought the menus were lagging but nope it's the controller. I think it's been over 90
    days so i am most likely beat. So sad =(

    Having the same DPad issue. Purchased the controller and a lot of D-pad clicks don't register. Have to press it very hard.

    Covert Forces controller d-pad problems

    We just bought the covert controller a week ago and threw away the box because we thought it was working great. Tried some MKX with the D pad and we're having the same issue as everyone else, you have to apply way more pressure to get it to register. Is
    there anything I can do?

    I also have a problem with this controller. In my case the home button dose not work properly. It will turn on the console and turn off the controller when held down but that is all. The home button dose not take me home or poll up any menus.

    I still have the controller and am hoping for a patch to fix the functionality of the home button. The controller is new and was purchased at Wal-Mart 2 days ago. I am also a preview program member and would gladly test any update that you think may resolve
    the issues with these controllers.

    I also have to restart the controller every time that i open the typeing interface in order to type anything in any game or app. I will continue to post any other issues that i find with this controller in this forum.

    After further troubleshooting it seems that the problems only occur when using a headset with the 3.5mm connection

    Just bought a covert forces controller with the 3.5mm jack, pressing left on the d-pad requires a lot more force than the other directions
