    Covert Controller D pad issue.


    Hello, I bought a convert ops controller in June, and after about 2 and half months of light use, the d pad has started to become unresponsive, and I have to use extra force to get it to register, has anyone else ran into this issue and know of a fix? What
    are my options here.

    New Xbox one Controller D pad issues

    I just bought the covert forces controller and I'm experiencing the same issue. The d pad is unresponsive. I'm currently in possession of the controller and retail packaging, and it's still unresponsive.

    Covert Controller D pad issue.

    Hi there,

    the best solution here would be to send the controller in for a repair or replacement. You can get started on this process by visiting this page:
    myservice.xbox.com/.../welcome.aspx (and registering your console first if you haven't already done so).

    Then click "replace an accessory" and follow the steps. Good luck and please post here if you need further assistance.
