It works for me guys !

Try to clear the cache 3 times successively and reboot your console.

All cover arts will be back and showed up as normal.

I've been experiencing the same issues as well - it has been close to two months for some of the thumbs, and for me it started with YouTube. According to Xbox's Twitter support, they're aware of it and are "working on a fix".

I think it is important to note that clearing the cache does not and cannot permanently help an issue that isn't on our systems.

Same issue kind of. My quake arena arcade game won't show the cover art in my games, just a grey area with the games icon (xbox controller). In my pins, it shows the game cover perfectly....what the heck. I'm not doing the clearing cache thing....please
fix it.

Clear your cache. If you "don't wanna do it" then you don't want a fix. Game covers seem to be working better now but are still flakey. App covers aren't working though.

I'm having this problem as well. GTA: San Andreas, AC: Liberation, Game of Thrones, etc... It's not Capcom related because DMC HD trilogy is showing up fine

I'm having the same issue. I just don't see why the cover art isn't downloaded with the game. This issue could be solved if it didn't always have to redownload the pictures every time you checked your game list. Plus you won't be punished for not connecting
to live. Sometimes my internet goes down and when it does, I can't see any cover art. I'm already being punished enough by not being able to connect, but now they're degrading my experience even more by taking the art away for the games I bought with my money.
Also, game that are no longer available don't show the cover art either, and there's no way to get it back.

And now instead of their regular cover art or the generic xbox live art many of my games show up as "Kingdoms & Lords" for the Windows Phone. Anyone???

I'm also having this issue. First it started with some games showing the generic xbox live covert art with green swirl while other games' art loads up fine. Clearing the system cache may it somewhat worse as now instead of the generic cover art, I get
the missing art icon on some games but not others. Also after clearing system cache, the missing cover art is on different games than before where as it used to have cover art. I don't think its related to delisted games because the games showing missing
cover art are still being sold such as ducktales:remastered and castle crashers.

Since today many more cover arts (20) won't load. Before today not more than 5 cover arts won't load.

Same here. september, art wasnt showing. october, cover art was kingdom and lords. And now its jetpack joyride. Please make cover art part of game instead of having to load it from live every time. i dont think it would be that hard

I just started having this problem today. I downloaded the demo for Beautiful Katamari and the art for it was the Xbox Live art. Didn't think anything of it, until I browsed through my games, and discovered that many of their cover arts were replaced with
the aforementioned art. The same thing happened to my apps. And yes, I know that its merely a cosmetic thing, but it still drives me nuts. I really hope that Microsoft fixes this soon.
