Cover Art Missing

I have the same issue. A few of my games are missing their cover art, and it drives me crazy. Wish they could resolve this issue. I have since deleted the games as I can't stand that I cannot see the cover art for them.

Hey again Rich! I have not been able to repro this issue I'm afraid. To get a better understanding of the issue can I have you try a few more things. First, are either of your consoles on a wired connection? If they are not would you be able to try a wired
connection to see if it make a difference? Also, I know you've tried both clearing cache and re-downloading each game but have you tried clearing your cache post deletion and prior to re-downloading? This switch might help out! Let me know if you have any
luck.

I actually have 2 consoles, but its the same on both of them?

When I said download, I meant the actual games, although when I got my 2nd console (only fairly recently) I downloaded my profile to it. This would probably have covered the step that you are suggesting?

Not sure what else to try.... it does seem odd!

Hey Rich! When you say re-downloading do you mean you've deleted the games and re-downloaded each? Or do you mean you tried

re-downloading your profile, as this too can be a helpful step, if you haven't already could you give it a try. Also, if possible, can you view your profile on an alternate console (such as a friends) and let us know if you can see the artwork on their
console? Keep us posted!

I don't know if the cover art is stored on the disk or console, but from older games I would guess that it's gotten from the internet, such as putting in older games I have. So I would guess that someplace the information for that title isn't getting to
your console. So I wouldn't worry about it and try downloading it from someone else s internet connection if you can, see if that works.
