Courtesy Refund for December?

I would like to ask microsoft to refund all the users who have not been able to use xbox live for the past week for a refund for this month. I have not been able to use my system for around a week now. As a network administrator this is flat out unacceptable.

You could try asking Microsoft for a courtesy refund. They may likely recommend seeking a refund from the publisher directly.

Cancel Xbox Live And Get A Full Refund.

If you're looking for a refund on a monthly subscription, then you may be not get it with phone support. Occasionally you may get a customer support agent who has the option to refund you for a monthly gold subscription as a courtesy, but most do not. If
you're lucky enough to get someone who can/will, I would highly recommend if you call to be as kind as you can, since a monthly refund is not something they all offer, and if they do it would be a courtesy refund which doesn't normally apply with your situation.

First of all. The issue has been sorted about 2 days ago already. If you still are unable to sign in then it seems like you have a different issue.

Now regarding what happened a few days ago.

As an xbox user you accepted the ToU. If you read them through then you should be aware of the fact that in such cases there are no compensations. If you haven't read it check here:

Refunds are currently delayed due to problems with the refund software they had in November and December. Refunds will be given when they can.
