Courier collected Xbox One console with accesories but returned without Accessories

The Courier collected ny Xbox One on 2 May and said he needed to take the Accesories with as well. He returned the Console today. But without any Accessories namely. Controller HDMI cable and Power Supply brick and cables

Xbox 360 exchange question and dlc question.

Hi, I bought an Xbox 360 20 days ago and the Xbox is messed up, not by me but the xbox itself, it hasn't been abused. Has anyone ever tried exchanging their xbox 360 back to gamestop for another one, i have the receipt and all, and when they say all opened
accesories can't be returned does that mean the power supply, tv plug and controller cant be returned? What can I expect to get from gamestop a new xbox 360? Do I bring the accessories with me to gamestop?

Next question is I bought a dlc for Call of Duty, I have it on record that I bought it but it won't download on my xbox. When I exchange the xbox 360 back to gamestop for anoher xbox 360, how can i get the dlc back on the new xbox?

I am really confused and this probably isn't the right place to ask, but this is a support forum and any help will be taken. Thanks.

Device not powering on

Hi Guys,

I booked in my Xbox1 console for repairs and was collected by the courier guys and now, I'm unable to check the order status.

The only option I have is to request for another repair.

What needs to happen from here.

Please assist

Usually with a repair of an accessory such as a controller you would need to take it to a local store/pick up location that is registered with that courier, As far as i know they don't come and collect the item from you unless its the console that is being
serviced.

also what would happen if your console needed repairing would they send courier out to collect it

You would have to try contacting support to see if there is anything they can do. http://support.xbox.com/contact-us The instructions for sending in consoles and controllers
do state to only send in the controller/console and nothing else as anything else that is sent in is not guaranteed to be returned.

I did a return for a family member and had to take it to a store that was a pick-up point for the courier. That was last year and UK based, it maybe that you (OP) need to clarify if you have to take your parcel to a pick-up point, usually located in a
local store. The pick-up point then scans your parcel into the system and the courier collects from them.
