    Couple years back gamerscore was reset for no reason


    Couple years back my gamerscore was reset while still using the 360. I had looked into it and resets were due to cheating or hacking. None of this applied to me as I earned it all legit. At the time I did not care and just swept it under the rug. Recently
    I picked up an 360 again and thought it would be cool to earn some of those achievements back. I then realized that I cannot earn them back due to the reset. I dont think this is right because I did not hack, mod, or cheat. I would call xbox support directly
    but I am currently stationed in Okinawa and cannot call back stateside without a charge. If anything can be done then that would be amazing.

    gamerscore got reset for no reason

    my GT is: oMTu CH33ZY and i got like my gamerscore reset for apparently hacking when i have no idea how to hack gamerscore and also my clan leader oMTu PredX also had his gamerscore reset for no reason so please return our gamerscore back to normal for us
    thanks that would be nice.

    Couple years back gamerscore was reset for no reason

    Since the reset happened years ago, there is nothing that can be done now. You would have needed to contact the enforcement team at the time for information, but since it happened a couple of years ago, it would no longer be eligible for a case review.

    Gamerscore not updated...

    That happened to me a couple of years back as well. Eventually the forums updated my gamerscore to the correct amount but it did take a couple of weeks.

    You would need to post here -
    forums.xbox.com/.../41.aspx     The enforcement team are the ones who decide who gets reset. It doesn't matter who filed a complaint on you or how many complaints you had. It only takes 1 valid complaint.
