Couple of weird problems, please help!

Ok first off I am consistently getting error code 8015190A. I have googled and researched this code a bit and have found no helpful information for it.

Secondly, when I sign into xbox.com using my current email and password, I sign in under an account called . This really confuses me as I have never held this profileon my console, and it shows past activity on the profile from January. My profile
has been [Mod Removed] for 3+ years.

This problem began about three weeks ago and I have not been able to connect to live once. I can download game updates, but cannot access other features.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, I don't even know how to approach this.

Xbox One visuals limited to load screen and on/off menu

I have the same problem,

the console worked fine until a couple of days ago,

now it has the same problems Hoff26 describes.

couple of weird things today happened.

dont know about nothing cause the same thing happened to me. game was about to begin on hard hat then started on arkaden.

 

when you Login and see a different gamertag, that means you are using a different email.

this may be caused by a small typo or maybe using a complete different email at all.

in any case, i suggest you give xbox Support a call to find your correct email and get help regarding your error code as one suggested step requires to be signed in with it - you can check possible Solutions here:
