hi again, just following up - I earned 6 achievements in Borderlands Handsome Collection on 25th Mar but haven’t made any progress to next step of the mission and there’s only a day left.

I’ve completed all previous steps - don’t want to miss out on the 10000 points remaining. Any help appreciated, thanks.

As an aside, my birthday o XBL rewards is wrong - I’ve checked my Xbox Account and it’s fine. I had a reply that mentioned commerce.microsoft.com but that just brings me to my order history.

Its only in-game time mate. Even Game Lobby time doesn't count against the 4 hours.

Ive only played about 3 matches of TDM & not noticed your black screen effect, sorry.

 

There has been a delay with tracking achievements, but support will post back about that. As long as you complete an offer before it ends, you'll still get credits even if the offer isn't showing anymore.

But as far as birthdate. The program goes by what you entered when you created your Xbox account. Once an account has been created, you cannot change that date.

This is interesting - I have been able to change the birthdate in my Xbox Live Account for many years - in fact it does show the correct date now.

I wonder if XBLRewards uses a separate profile system much like my own workplace.

In any case I don’t see why they couldn’t implement a data fix. I’ll ask support when they respond.

Good to see another Ambassador in the know about the Rewards program - unfortunately Alpha testing and Xbox itself is more my forte. Thanks for the info!

 

It's possible to update the birthdate on your Microsoft account, but not the birthdate on an Xbox account. That's what confuses people.

 

Hi VampireDarklord. Smwutches is correct. Unfortunately, we are not able to change birth dates in our system because it must come from the data we receive from Microsoft/Xbox servers.

There is a delay with Achievements, but this should be fixed in the next couple of days. You'll see those Credits pending and also the Bonus Credits for completing all portions of the offer.
