    Couple digital Xbox One games suddenly appeared in my ready to install library ?


    So I purchased an Xbox One last December on my birthday. Anyway I already had an xbox live account set up from my old xbox 360. So when I signed into my xbox live account on my Xbox one and browsed through all my digital xbox 360 games that were backwards
    compatible I noticed One of the forza games, killer instinct and the crew were in my library. Do xbox live members usually get a couple free games when they upgrade to the xbox one from the 360?

    Today, Battlefield 1 appeared in my. "Ready to install" So, I installed it and tried it out.

    Couple of questions.

    1, Why did this game appear in my 'ready to install'? No, I never nor will ever buy it.

    2, Is this a free weekend thing or what?

    Games Disappearing from Games & Apps

    This issue started last night, my very large library (90~ games installed, 190~ ready to install) suddenly dropped down to showing only 5 games installed and 130 ready. This happened at the end of the night and I was finished up
    playing, so I just turned the console off and went to bed chopping it up to a silly display error.

    Upon getting up today my Games & Apps is now displaying 37 games installed and 150 ready to install. This number has yet to change despite a couple of reboots throughout the day. I went ahead and uninstalled something, and it added onto the 150 ready (so
    151 now).

    Interestingly, a couple of games not displayed in my Ready to Install and Install but that I have pinned can still be launched from their pin and work fine.

    I already tried a hard reset (and my system doesn't use Instant On anyway), unplugging the power cable, and holding LT+RT+Y to refresh G&A.

    There's no promotion or anything that I know of where you get those particular games by upgrading to Xbox One.

    All of the games you listed were GWG at some point (up to 2 years ago). Did you redeem those Xbox One titles through the Microsoft desktop website while they were free? That would be a way to redeem Xbox One GWG titles if you only had an Xbox 360. Also,
    Xbox One GWG titles are only accessible in your library while your Gold subscription is active (as opposed to Xbox 360 GWG, which remain playable regardless of your Gold status).

    no none of them escept killer instinct we purchased or redeemed by me, they just appeared in my purchases when I first booted up and updated my xbox one. Killer insticnt is an exception becasue i tried installing it on windows 10. So I not sure if microsoft
    gave them away for free or something

    All Games Backward Compatibility doesn´t work on Xbox One

    Same here. My entire xbox 360 library is no longer appearing under my ready to install list. I can't start any 360 digital game, and it doesn't even show that i OWN the games anymore.

    Hundreds of dollars worth of games gone......

    This is a horrible bug.

    Please fix this quickly.

    If the games appear in the Xbox one backwards compatibility list any digital purchases you made on Xbox 360 will display in the ready to install section in my games and apps on Xbox one

    All digital games will be linked to your account, if the game is part of the backward compatible library it will be under your ready to install library.
