Country when buying xbox 360 games incorrect

Hello,

I have a problem when i am trying to buy (games with gold or other game) a 360 game via the browser it says i have to enter a valid payment option. Whenever I enter the payment option it automatically switches to Belgium (I am located in the Netherlands
and my account is says Netherlands. My xbox one is configured for Netherlands and my Xbox 360 is configured for Netherlands). I actually never have lived in Belgium. Now i have belgium address in my adresbook which I cant delete. If i login on my xbox 360
and go to change payment option I can change all address details accept the country. Anybody knows how to fix this? Support is closed now for chat and calls. Also i get constant errors on my xbox 360 that live services is not available and it doesn't see my
subscription (logged in to the same microsoft account everywhere).

I'll call them on monday as everything is closed now and sending email is not possible. Weirdly i managed to get torchlight by adding a non valid belgium address and my own netherlands credit card to my account and then i could download the game. It gave
an error on my xbox one but after redownloading the 360 xbox live profile i can play the game.

If it's giving you an error, then you'll want to contact support as it should still let you do that. http://support.xbox.com/contact-us They may be able to see where the
mistake is and fix it on their end.

It sounds like somewhere in the 360 system it thinks you're in the other region. You would need to migrate your account region to the correct region. https://support.xbox.com/my-account/microsoft-account/update-microsoft-account-country-region

My guess for a possible solution is that you "change" the account region, changing to the region you said you are, may work, but don't change to a different one, as you will need to stay in it for at least 1 year
