Country selected it's not the one on my Xbox 360

I had selection Canada for my country cause i live there, but all the contents on my Xbox 360 is in Euro. I had try some issue on the support but it never change.

I solved it, but thx for replying apparently the code was not working in my selected xbox live country.

 

The Billing information won't take my postal code.

Hello, what is the country selected under your account details for your account? If the country is not correct on the account then picking the zip code will not work correctly. If your country is not listed then that means that you cannot use XBOX Live in
your particular country.

 

it might be the country associated with your microsoft account. you can do an account migration at the following link: go.microsoft.com/fwlink

you can only do this once per 3 months, so be aware of that.

Make sure that the region for your Xbox 360 console is set to match where you're currently located. Like QuickMythril said, you can check this over at account.microsoft.com

Here is a troubleshooting guide on how to change your region. Be sure to spend the money in your Microsoft account
before you change your account location if you do have any remaining balances because it will not transfer.
