    Hey ozan61,

    I'm not sure if I understand the issue correctly but here is some information that might help you out.

    If you would like to check the current amount of money on your account, please log-in to
    This Website and click on "Billing" on the left. This will take you to a new page where you can check all of your
    Billing Information.

    If you would like to check your current region, please go to the
    Account Migration     page. Your current selected region should be set as standard.

    Ok changing the region of xbox.com won't affect your Xbox account

    Once set the region of your account can never be changed

    When you set up your account you were asked for a region

    That's the only time you can set it up

    Hello. Starting sometime in January 2013 you will be able to change your Xbox LIVE Region directly from the Xbox web site.

    Xbox Support is currently unable to manually change your Xbox LIVE Region in anticipation of this rollover to allow Xbox users to change their own Xbox LIVE Region. You will be able to change your Xbox LIVE Region once every three months once this function
    has been enabled.

    Stay tuned to the various Xbox blogs for when this functionality is implemented.

    paypal info must match the region info on your xbox live account

    so a bulgarian paypal won't work on a UK account
