Country / Region Xbox Pass Problem

Hello, I Wanted To Buy The 1$ Xbox Pass and it shows me that i am in us and i am at egypt. note : i changed the region in the system + Done This And didn't Work https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4039267/microsoft-store-change-your-country-or-region
