    Country/Region Billing problem


    Alright, on my xbox live account on the computer i have two payment methods, my paypal and credit card, and my region is set to Canada, where i live and everything was inputted smoothly. Now to the xbox 360 console, my region is set to canada, but when i
    go to look at my billing info, it says i have to add payment methods because it says i have none, but i've already put my info in on my account. but the thing is, when i go to re-input my paypal or credit card info, it says i have to put a zip code and state
    in. so the system thinks im living in the US but my account is in canada?! How do i fix this?

    check ur billing info or the game is not for ur region i don't mean xbox or profile region i mean country region the ip adress problem or ur billing info Incomplete

    Can you head over to commerce.microsoft.com and log in to make sure that your address and country details are accurate?

    billing and country region trouble

    You can try going into your live account settings through your email account and update the region there.

    1. Log into your live or hotmail account by computer not the xbox

    2. Account Settings

    3.Billing

    4.Profile

    5.Edit info and save

    6.Log out and then sign into your xbox live account from your xbox and the info should be updated

    I was walked through these steps by customer support. Good luck
