Microsoft please make my country available in the location settings because I cannot buy anything trough the xbox store or even open Groove Music and other apps as well.Be sure to make the currency to RM or MYR.I really hope you can help me with this problem.Please
fix this problem as soon as possible.

Country not listed in settings

Hi,

I'm from Malaysia but I cannot find my country in the drop-down list in the location settings on my Xbox One. How do I solve this issue?

Can't download any Black Ops Map Packs

Now, I have the Microsoft Points. But everytime I click download now, it says that it is not available in my location.

My Xbox360 is bought from Singapore. My Black Ops disc is from Malaysia(just a neighbouring country) I am currently in Malaysia for the holidays. What is the problem and how do I fix it?

Hi, in order pay for your subscription in Malaysia you should change your region inside the settings of the console, https://support.microsoft.com/en-us...ft-store-how-to-change-your-country-or-region

Sign in to your Xbox One console.
Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
Select System > Settings > System > Language & location.
Select your new location from the Location list, and then select Restart now.

after doing that you should be able to buy what you want inside the microsoft store

Malaysia isnt an xbox live region

@op your only option is prepaid cards

And you wont be able to access bc titles

Accessing xbox live from non regions isnt supported nor can we really help withm it
