    Fable Trilogy Bundle problems.

    It is still worth trying the troubleshoots listed above. Just to make sure it isn't anything that was can fix ourself.

    Fable Trilogy Bundle problems.

    You can forget all the troubleshooting steps listed above. The marketplace is completely *** up right now. If you look through the various threads on here you'll see that many people are having this same problem, all with bundles. So far the tally includes
    Halo 4 map pack, MW3 map pack, Darksiders 2 season pass, and now this. All with the 80153003 error, all appear to be downloading but then fail at 99%, and none of the listed troubleshooting works. MS has said they're working on a fix for over 2 weeks now.
    Meanwhile we all continue to not have the content we paid for. A fix is long overdue.

    same issue requested refund he put it through he said its would take 3 days for refund to come through, that was 5 days ago, gunna give it one more than hit them up again, kinda have to agree with xingjian.

    everyone has already done the normal fixes

    Clear cache

    Delete market place data

    Reset console

    Wired and wireless connections

    Gets to 79% and resets no error, no warning just starts again silently in the background you wont know its done it unless you watch it. a product with this many issues worldwide should not be available for purchase

    I am also having a problem with the Fable Trilogy download. It keeps resetting. I tried clearing the cache and so far nothing at all has worked.

    Yeah, no word from "the Advocacy Team"....oh boy, are they looking for a lawsuit for selling a product they don't posses the ability to deliver? If enough of us go through this they better start getting scared....cus this whole situation is completely unacceptable.
    They have our money....wheres our product? The problem is not on our end....So it's their liability.

    I'm in chat trying to get a refund right now. We'll see how this goes. It's been over ten days of this crap now. I've wasted two days off trying to get it to work. I just want my money back.

  9. yeah, im having the same issue and they told me to unplug the power cord from the wall and to hold the power button for 30 seconds to give the system a hard reset. i have tried that and i am waiting to see if that worked. i dont think it will fix the issue
    but i will let everyone know if it does. i was also told that i was the first person that the support member had heard this issue from.

    As many have been told, Any practical fixes on this error do not work. I recommend anyone having this problem make sure that support knows this is wide spread...Make sure they get a link to this forum...And complain....loudly....The more of us that do the
    more likely they'll actually do something, which even though they have said they are fixing the issue....i doubt they are...I think they are trying to run down the clock....get enough of us to give up... everyone needs to pester the *** out of them....Only
    way anything gets done with Microsoft.

    I repeat anyone having this issue needs to contact support, not just for yourself and your money, but for everyone else and their money too...THEY ARE SELLING A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT TELL THEM SO TILL THEY STOP, and give us either what we paid for....or our
    money. NOW!

    Also....do not let them through you off the scent with "quick fixes" as most downloads of this size take much time, and in my experience with this product, NO PRACTICAL FIXES SUCH AS CACHE CLEARING AND HARD RESETS WORK, They are just wasting your time, while
    clinging to your money. You may have to go through one or two of such hoops, But do not leave chat with any "quick fix" as the answer. IT WILL NOT Work. Ask to be forwarded to the advocacy team. Then at least you are on the books adding to their problem. Demand
    no less.

    If anyone gets this resolved, whether through Refund or fixed download, PLEASE LET Us KNOW. I've been attempting to download this for almost a week now. Have not heard back from "the Advocacy Team", or had any other response. Don't know if i should keep
    pestering or hope for the best at this point, cus Microsoft couldn't give a *** as long as they have my money.

    Have not yet received my refund they said was being processed.

    I have however been chatting with someone over at lionhead and they are now in contact with xbox, ive linked this thread and a couple of the others.

    this is pathetic at this point though both no refund and no product

    It's now been over a week since purchase....wel over 72+ hours of attempting to download, and no response from "the advocacy" team. How could they not know a product was this broken? I received another message from another user of this forum that "support"
    should be hearing from the "fixer" here in the next few day.....god i bet it's business days too....so yeah.....it'll have been well over a week and a half that they've stolen and held my money. And that5's no exaggeration. That's exactly what has occurred.
    Wth no promise of refund, or of a fix, they are swindling and scamming using this app. If it isn't fixed here soon, I'm not the only one they'll be hearing from.
