Countless issues with the Xbox One

So I recently purchased an Xbox One S during Prime Day, which means I have had this Xbox for just over a month. Recently, I have had countless issues with this Xbox, resulting in me spending 20-30 minutes, every time I want to play, turning the Xbox on and
off, and trying to get it to work properly. Here's a list of the issues I've had in hopes of getting SOME sort of answer.

1. Keeps saying there was a problem signing in when I try to. 0x87DD000F. Also sometimes it will say I needed to be connected to the internet... just to sign in... (0x800704cf)

2. Signs me out randomly when I do happen to get signed it.

3. Internet never connects on its own. When I load my info, it says I'm connected, but then acts like I'm not. i.e. every time I try to load pubg, it says I need to be online.

4. PUBG constantly says it needs to sync data, and then can't load it.

5. It will say I need to be signed in to the account that purchased the game, even though I put in the code through my account.

I've tried doing hard resets, but it never fixes anything, and have tried resetting my router. Then after about 30 minutes of fidgeting with it, it finally works?!?!?!? I don't understand.

Note: I also have a second Xbox One which is the one that first came out a few years ago. I have had zero issues with it, and it loads everything just fine. The only reason I don't play it, is because games are having latency issues due to the tv.

These issues are just ridiculous, and frankly I am extremely disappointed with Xbox right now.

I've put countless hours into the game from day one with a lot of friends I race with on a regular basis and we've never experience any of the issues you mention.

 

SO SICK OF XBOX LIVE AND XBOX ONE PROBLEMS !

I really hope Microsoft compensates all its players for the last two years of countless hours of outages. The 360 never had this many issues. I too am truly tired of all this crap. The Xbox one is a complete disappointment and failure. Hopefully Apple comes
out with a system since ALL of their products run great and have less than half the issues as Microsoft.

regarding the disconnects and sign in issues, is the console connected to internet via Wifi or via a wire, if it's wifi please check what happens when you use a wired connection to see if that makes any difference. Since it all seems somehow connected to
connection issues.

Something else you can try is to remove and redownload your profile, this will require the account credentials.
