countdown sale still live on xbox one but no discount shown when you click the game

this is totally unacceptable . The countdown sale is still listed in the dashboard under store . I click it and it shows for example Alien Isolation 75% off but when you click the link it is 0% off - full price as are all the games listed. in any other store
, if they advertise a sale price they have to honor it. it is not just cached on my xbox either. it got the newest update this morning and restarted and I also shut down completely are restarted and it is still there. you guys just never took it down. so
now I am angry and thinking honestly of just going and getting a playstation 4 . I hate dishonesty way more then I am loyal to a brand. when I get burned by a company I tend to not use them any more. while this may seem like a minor thing it still shows a
level of dishonesty and I do not care for it. I was told by support that they will send me a list of updated sale items , but why should I have to go on the pc to make sure a sale you are showing on my xbox one is for real????

Ultimate Game Sale discounts don't seem to be working.

Click in to the Ultimate Game Sale, it tells you what percent a game is discounted, but when you select the game to buy it, it's the full price. Discounts aren't actually available. Logged in on mine and the wife's profiles. No discounts.

Hi, one additional suggestion- Xbox typically has a yearly "Countdown" sale that starts just before Christmas and lasts through at least the end of the year. The last couple of years, it's also had a massive number of titles available at a discount, similar
in quantity to the Black Friday sale. I think it's a pretty safe bet that there will be another such sale this year announced shortly before Christmas. That said, while there are usually a huge number of games on sale during the Countdown sale, if you're
looking for a specific game that's on sale during the current Black Friday sale, there's no guarantee that it will be on sale during the Countdown sale too. If you just want to get him started with a few great games that happen to be on sale, though, it might
be worth it to wait until this sale. Hope that helps!

You only get gamepass discounts now as gold ended in august

Games go on and off sale all the time, frequently with no advance notice. Sales start normally on Tuesdays at or around noon UTC and go until the following Monday. Major sales are once a quarter or so (except for Black Friday and Countdown, which are in
November and December, respectively), and the next one should be the Spring Sale, which hopefully will begin in the next week or so.

To come back to the Game Pass statement: yes, Forza Horizon 4 is on Game Pass now, but sometimes players decide to discontinue access to Game Pass. Knowing that, you can still purchase the game, even if it's on Game Pass. What makes this even better is a 20%
discount on all games that are currently on Game Pass, so if someone had GP and wanted to buy the game, it's 20% off regardless of a current sale.

(Of course, if a sale is running, the 20% discount most likely won't apply; that is, you can't stack discounts.)
