Couldn’t update your cart series X

This must be just a way to confirm your purchases. You could try some troubleshooting steps that could help you refresh the system:

Settings > Network Settings > Advanced Settings > Alternate Mac Address > Clear it and the console should restart. It would definitely help if you could restart the internet router while the console is restarting.

Another step that you can try to resolve the issue, would be to remove and re-add your account. In order to do that please go to: settings> account> remove accounts> remove your account.

You could also try this troubleshooting step to clear any corrupted data from your device:

1- Go to settings on your Xbox

2- Select system

3-Select storage

4- Clear local saved games and your console will automatically restart

Note: When doing this step please make sure that you always play online so that all your data is saved to the cloud.

Hi thanks for your help in advance, it’s on the series x, I couldn’t sign in to my account the other day, so I removed my account from the series x logged back inn and when I’ve come to start forza it’s reset me back to the start, so I’m not sure if that’s erased my previous save or not.

The it it was made using Java, couldn’t all the copies of be made so “better update” and so the game is better made for consoles and for low power devices? Aka consoles like the Nintendo switch, PlayStation 4 and 5 and Xbox one and series s and x?

couldn’t they made the Xbox series x controller have a rechargeable battery built in like the ps5 and nintendo switch controller. Rechargeable tv remotes. Should be a thing.

I'm having the same issue, it won't process the payment. I do have an order number. And hope that I don't forfeit the xbox series x on my cart. I'm at the place order screen.
