Hey Brainiac, thanks for giving that support step another try. Because this is only occurring in Kinect Sports 2, I'm wondering if there might be something in the save files for that game specifically causing this issue. If you don't have one, can you please
configure a USB drive for use with Xbox 360?

With that drive inserted, please access 'Memory' and then move any and all save files for KS2 onto the drive. With those save files backed up, try deleting anything remaining in the KS2 folder on your console. Then, with that as a 'clean slate,' try the game
again to see what happens.

I downloaded it and started it, looks like this one will be a toughy. Couldn't pass it up for $10.

That's a good one for the phone support team, most likely it's related to your storage device and a format may not have been enough if it's failing.
