Couldn't sign to xbox live

It's been 3 weeks I haven't use my xbox app on pc because there's an error code keeps popping. 0x80048888 to be honest I literally tried EVERYTHING. Reading forms to watching youtube & a friend of mine even help me. Every since i got this legion 5 gaming laptop everything it fine till 3 months later I'm having issue. someone help me guide this..

These steps can help you, give it a try.

1. Logout from Xbox app and Microsoft Store app

2. Look for the Xbox app and Microsoft Store in the Windows bar, right-click, click app settings and then click terminate, restore and reset.

3. Clear the store cache type ''wsreset'' in the Windows bar, run as admin, and wait for the screen to close and open the store automatically.

4. Open the Microsoft Store, click on the 3 dots in the upper right corner ''download and updates'' and click on ''get updates'' and update everything. After these steps try again.

5. Login with your account again in both apps

to LIVE, no i couldn't read the message that was sent on my xbox, i cant even sign into xbox live on it

hi, i just happened to update my xbox app on pc

now im getting the error code as said above on the thread

have also tried all of the possible fixes and none seem to work

The official shadow of war twitter page just said that they’re fixing the issue, guess we’ll just have to wait.
