    Couldn’t receive the product after redeeming a code


    Hello to all the Xbox users.

    Today I opened the case of Gears Of War 4 and I’ve finally decided to redeem the codes for the others 4 Gears Of War games (the previous ones) as stated in the confection...

    So I typed my codes and redeemed each one without any type of problem, and when I finished....I couldn’t find them anywhere!!...like they were totally vanished...I searched in everywhere in my console...and nothing...they just weren’t there...so I tried
    to redeem them again (but obviously they were already used...so that haven’t helped)....and finally I’m here asking for help becuaseI don’t know what to do next...

    Excuse me for the grammar errors but English isn’t my first language.

    Tried...nothing not even in the addons management (which makes sense because those are full games)

    Hi Andrew,

    Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Forums!

    If you still aren’t seeing something:

    1. Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide.
    2. Highlight—but don’t select—My games & apps.
    3. Press the Menu button on your controller, then select Refresh and check for your item.

    In your games list, focus on a game, press the menu button on your controller, then select
    Manage game & add-ons.

    Some add-ons are accessed in the game they go with, rather than getting installed separately. Any installable add-ons or DLC not yet installed will appear under Ready to install.

    OKAY THIS IS REALLY REALLY REEEEAAAALLLY DUMB....but APPARENTLY turning off the console for 13 hours fixed the problems....now I have alll the games....a big thank to all of you again ahaha
