Couldn’t purchase Skate 3 during the sale.

Due to the Xbox Live Content & Purchases Services being down, I found it difficult to purchase Skate 3 while it was discounted. Xbox Support gave me this Reference Number: 1410649209

They said the sales might come back when the services are Normal again.

Unable to download Skate 3 after purchase

Hello,

I purchased Skate 3 last year and I am unable to download it. The error I receive is 800700E8. I have deleted all files for Skate 3 from my hard drive, cleared cache, signed out of my account, yet I still receive the error and can't download Skate
3. I can see the game in my purchase and download history.

I sure hope so, it would be inconvenient to miss out on a sale due to service outage.

 

The countdown sale ran for 2 weeks so even with the errors at the end of the sale, there was still plenty of time to make purchases from it. Sales are usually not extended when there are issues like that. You'd have to wait for the game to go on sale again.
