Couldn't play any of my games today after preview update

Not sure if the preview update was the cause or what? But I couldn't play any of my games. I click them. Screen shows the usual the game on the screen. Then a second later shows back to the dashboard. Started to panic. Turn console off then back on.
Then some games started to ask for tiny updates. Did them and still couldn't play them. Well now I finally got back on and Forza 5 loaded up. Guess the cure was unplug the power cord to Xbox1 and take out internet cord from Xbox1. Then plug that all back
in and i'm back in business. Weird. Not sure the cause? Figured it out my self. But figured to pass it on if same thing happens to others.

Xbox One Preview App will not open after update today

After my update today my Xbox One preview App will not open and I am a preview member.............. HELP!!

 

Preview Registration pending after almost 3 days

Alright, after having some fun again because everything was working fine i turned on my XB1 today and it told me that i have to download and install an update. After i did it my XB1 don't have the preview update and i can't test backwards compatible games
anymore. Is it because i pressed the un-enroll button which i couldn't cancel? what was everything working fine and now not anymore???

 

Problem is back. It either is the new preview update from this morning. Cause its messing my Forza 5 game up. Seems like some of the race tracks on Forza 5 are loading way to long to the point it doesn't load and just continues to play the music. Then
forced to dashboard the game. Then the problem starts where it doesn't want to play any games. Then I have to go back to unplugging everything and plug it all back in. Never had any problems with Forza 5 till today after the new preview update.

 

Same problem for me. Track like nürburgring wont load. After quitting the game the xbox wont load any games. The game starts and 1 sec later back too dash. Apps still working. When you turn off the xbox then the logo is just flashing so i needed to disconnect
from the mains to restartt he box. Hope there will be an update really quick.

i will try to reinstall the game.

 

Yeah I didn't want to re-install all my games. Yeah nürburgring wouldn't load for me on D class or was it C class? Cant remember. Its the pick a class championship. Then went to B class cause I got gold on C and D. Then the Le Mans track didn't want
to load up on B. Had a heck of a time yesterday.

 

After reinstall still got the problem. There must be an issue with the p. Update.

 

The Microsoft cloud is acting up. That's what they said on the official Forza site forums. They said play offline and wait till the Microsoft resolves the cloud issues. Or just don't play the new tracks or dlc cars. I haven't played online yet with Forza
5. Still going through the basic stuff by myself and friends driv-atars.

 

LeMans is no dlc track and causes the problem too. This issue started just after the update cause i am on the way of 1000gs and playing it all time. And i was driving the nordschleife just before the update.

 

I'm getting this problem too. I now cant play any of my games since the preview update. Games such as Forza 5 and Trials Fusion have these symptoms but they also at various times try to load after you've popped the disc in then say the game needs an update
and after a few seconds of trying to update said game a message appears saying there was a problem and it jumps back to the home screen. Other games will load for a while and then jump back to the home screen and it makes no difference if I try to play them
on or offline. Very frustrating.

Just glad in a way that this is an xbox problem and not something wrong with my system/Forza 5 game data! I also have the preview programme (although ironically I had unsubscribed to it a few hours previous to this happening as hearing about bugs affecting
people too often, wish id opted out before last update now!!)

Really hope this is fixed soon as i just spent £390 on a steering wheel/pedals and a racing chair to play FM5 and Horizon 2 when its out. If anyone reads official info from Msoft post here please!

 

Yeah I thought it be cool to be apart of the Preview beta to get the dashboard updates early before anyone else. But sucks when we cant play games either in the little time I got to play I wanna play. Not power down the console and unplug everything and
plug it back in like 5 times to get a track to work on Forza 5.

 

On Sunday 28th I had same problem.

I also subscribe to preview updates.

Could not play the game.

Hope Microsoft / turn 10 sort this soon.

 

I've posted it elsewhere, but thought it's relevant to post here too because I'm experiencing the exact same problems as GRAW2ROBZ and ProBigBurger.

Seems to be Nurburgring for me too that gets stuck on the loading screen, and because I'm in a series it makes career mode unplayable now.

And, as above, only been since the last two preview updates.

Oh and also, uninstall/reinstall makes no difference. There is no doubt some incompatability between the changes in the preview updates and Forza 5.

 

Best thing to do if none of your games work. Is to unplug power cord and internet cord. Then plug it all in. Then the other games should work. Some say its the cloud. But even the old track LeMans didn't load up that day. All the same day of the new
preview update. I might have to download that tiny report app from the preview and tell them the preview messing up some games with long loading times.
