    Couldnt install any app and game from store


    Hi, for last.3 weeks my Xbox One S have a issue in store. When i click in install Button on any app or game nothing happen. My Xbox dont have report a problem option and I cant report the problem from Xbox. I restored Xbox from factory and the issue persist.

    And, when you say "I can install games now, but I still cannot see any of the games"

    This is via Xbox app? Or are you installing the games from the Microsoft Store?

    No, I have not been able to install any games from the MS Store app or the Xbox app.
    It has prompted me to install the Gaming Services again and seems to have installed fine.

    I dowloaded the Xbox app. And on the app i could change where I could install it.

    Kinda strange couldnt do that on the MS store.

    So its kinda solved for me atleast.

    Thank you for keeping us updated. Are you attempting to install the game from the Xbox (beta) App, Xbox Console Companion App or the Windows Store App? We have seen some cases where installing the game from the Windows Store App will resolve the issue.
    Go ahead and cancel the installation and begin installing it from the Windows Store App. You can try initiating the installation from the other two applications as well if the Windows Store App does not work.

    We noticed that you mentioned trying out several different solutions. We have a support article on our website for

    troubleshooting game installations on Windows 10    . Did any of these solutions help resolve the issue? Be sure to let us know the results!
