    Hi! My name is Vladimir. My account is [Mod Removed] I have XBOX360 and XBOX ONE consoles both. My xbox live gold status on XBOX ONE brokes or something... I couldn't get my gold live games and discounts on games. Although I paid for one
    year of xbox live gold membership 15.02.2016! But on XBOX 360 console All things work good! Could you help me, PLEASE?

    If I buy a year of xbox live gold and then I get an xbox one do I keep my gold status on the new console?

    XBOX LIVE GOLD 1 year subscription validity Reduced in to 6 months after unknowingly switching regions.

    I have subscribed XBOX LIVE 1 Year GOLD MEMBERSHIP ON 23 nd august through prepaid card.Firstly my status in xbox live showing that I have one year subscription that it will expire on 23rd august of 2017 next year. But unknowingly I have switched my region
    and after that it is showing that My xbox live gold subscription will expire on 9 th february 2017 and status is showing that I have purchased Xbox live gold by getting offer with switch regions.How to get back my total 1 yr validity of Xbox live subscription...Plz
    help I live in INDIA.And I am new to Xbox one.

    Same prob. I cant access to my personal information (account) from my console, can t access to Xbox Live an so on. But my Xbox one is connected to the internet (and I check my Xboxlive membership with my computer).... Prob with the Update ?

    Your subscription still shows you as silver on the forums. I suggest calling Xbox Live Support in order to see what went wrong with your subscription and possibly resolve the issue.

    Hmm. Does your Xbox Live account currently have Xbox Live Gold status? Gold is required to be able to access multiplayer in games.

    Check that and try again. :)

    Xbox 360 Games with Gold games are your to keep regardless of your membership status.
    That's the thing. I currently have Xbox live gold but can not access my games. I bought a year subscription but it won't let me access my previous games with gold

    Ah, that could be the problem. Xbox 360 games with gold games are your to keep regardless of your Live status. However, xbox one games with gold require a gold membership in order to play them. Once you renew your membership then you should have access
    to the content again.
