Couldn't download Hitman: Blood Money GWG

I wasn't able to "purchase" Hitman: Blood Money through Games with Gold a few days ago because every time I tried I got a simplified error that gave no explanation as to what the issue was. It was something like "Sorry, your purchase could not be completed.
Please try again later." I thought I would just try again a few days later, but now the game is no longer available for GWG. I really wanted this game and have been a loyal Xbox Live Gold member for 11+ years. Can someone at Microsoft please help me with this?

NOTE: I was able to download the current Xbox 360 GWG game, Assassin's Creed, on my first attempt.

Hitman: Blood Money

It tells me hitman blood money is not available in my region. Can Canada not download it?

Xbox live is currently placing hitman HD pack on sale but before I download I read in the details it mentioned hitman blood money was not included and should be on games on demand but there is only a demo version no full game. Please tell me where I can
download hitman blood money because it is not on games on demand there is only a demo.

 

Unfortunately you would have to purchase it if you want the game now. Once a promotion ends there is no way to get that offer again unless it becomes available again.

 

I appreciate the response. Regardless this is really disappointing and I hope Microsoft can somehow make this right. This is my first formal complaint about anything on this forum. I am clearly not the only person that has experienced this issue specifically
with regards to Hitman: Blood Money on GWG. I believe this was Microsoft's issue, therefore I think it's their responsibility to adequately resolve it and satisfy their customers.

 

You can try contacting support to see if there is anything they can do, but generally that is the rule since the game was free for a substantial amount of time. Contact Us | Xbox Support
