Couldn't buy rdr when on sale

I tried to buy rdr mad number of times when it was on discount but I couldn't because y'all couldn't keep ur *** right and fix the error now its on normal price and I can probably buy it, but it isn't fair I have to pay more for something because the system
wouldn't let me buy it when it was on discount

Finally a deal I will buy. Red Dead Redemption sale. RDR is 25% off, most content packs are 400 points and the Undead Nightmare Collection is 800 points.

 

Red Dead Redemption Purchase Issue

As OP stated we're well aware of the service alert for RDR. Today though when I went to try an buy I noticed the price changed to $29.99. I also checked xbox store webpage an it's price there was $49.95. My 2 questions are this "are the folks who encountered
error out of luck for the RDR sale?" and " why hasnt the service status for not been updated in 72 hrs?*

 

I got the same problem too, mad about it too. But right now on Xbox Live it say the game is on sale for 75% off but when I click buy the price is $29.99.

 

Well I want an answer because I want the game but I refuse to pay 30 bucks when its was 7 but I couldn't buy it because you guys couldn't fix your problems

 

Awesome, I'm not nuts. I wasn't able to get it either and was wondering if I was going mad. I keep getting errors left and right and have never had any problems until trying to get this game. It appears it was a fail on the Microsoft gaming store.

 

Well it's fixed but I still need my answer and the game I want on sale
