    All im trying to do is redeem all the 25 digit codes i have on my 2 hour old xbone. ive spoke with ambassadors who didnt help. said go to games an scroll down to redeem code. so i looked at the redeem prepaid cards section in support, turns out all your
    pics to show where to go look absolutely nothing like the dashboard i have. Please help me.

  4. Could you please update your support how-tos section

    i had the xbox hooked up for two hours but havent been able to play a game cause everything is digital. And i have no idead how to redeem codes on this console. On 360, it was, hit guide button and scroll down to redeem code. i guess now the one step process
    turned into five.

  5. I just discovered this same issue and was about to post feedback about it. Sadly the only good option is to follow the directions on the back of the card to redeem or do it thru your 360 (Which I just did).

    It would be nice if microsoft would stop 'innovating' for its own sake and make sure things can still be used.

    Hello,

    I guess these have not been update since the refreshed dashboard.

    Here's what you need to be doing:

    From the main screen, hit RB (Right Bumper, top shoulder button on right side) until you hit Store (tab name will now change to Games). Now scroll down to "Browse all games" and hit A. In the upper right you will see "Use a code" - hit A and enter your code.

    I hope that helps. Let us know how you get on.

    In the meantime I'll let someone know to update the FAQ/how-to.

    I even asked friends who've had an xbone since release, but they said you guys updated the dashboard recently so they didnt even know.

    Yeah, the dashboard update was released last week and has been rolling out to everyone since then. It's a good update, but some things have been moved so even we're having to re-learn some things. Could you please update your support how-tos section :)

    Let us know if you ever have any other issues and we'll be happy to help!

    Hello,

    I guess these have not been update since the refreshed dashboard.
