Could use help with my suspension

I was banned about 2 weeks ago and figured it would run out and my account go back to normal but it didn't. I hopped on to see if my account was regular but I was still banned. I went to xbox support and talked with 2 people and the first one said to file
for a case review and it would not allow me to do so. Then I went to another person and they pointed me here to try and sort this out and get rid of this pretty harsh suspension. A three month ban for me who rarely gets reported? I'd just really appreciate
some assistance.

Unable to use party chat

So I was recently suspended for a week for inappropriate use of communication. My suspension is over but I am still unable to use party chat. I can join parties, hear my friends, but my friends cant hear me. The problem is with my account because when I
signed onto another account I could be heard. So its like they didn't fully remove my suspension even though it is over. Please help me.

Help wth account

account suspension up and still can't use my mic and chat, need help. Support shows another suspension but I can not see it or even have been notified of such. Please help with matter!

Unfortunately the second person you spoke with that directed you here for assistance was wrong.

The enforcement team does not use the forums any longer. And they are the only ones who can respond to any suspensions they issue. They are only contactable via the case review process at
https://enforcement.xbox.com/ if the suspension qualifies.

I have heard of users receiving a 100 day suspension and it's not reviewable. How and why they get it, I do not know.

it said my ban is up so I can't do a case review and they didn't inform me about still be banned from communication

enforcement.Xbox.com? If so, I would suggest filing a case review to receive full details on the enforcement action. Post back and let us know!

There appears to be an issue that has been happening lately. It appears that if an enforcement action was extended then there may be no additional notification and the enforcement site does not reflect this extension. The only way to currently find out if
an enforcement action was extended is to contact Xbox support.

1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or
http://support.xbox.com/contact-us

They cannot assist with enforcement, but they can tell you if you still have an active enforcement action not showing on the website.
