    Hello i took back my account after get hacked by someone, i changed the password and everything, my account is safe but my account is linked to the Xbox of my hacker so i would like to know if u could reset the xbox which are links to my account so i could
    link my XBOX whit my account, thanksu ( sorry for my english i'm french)

    I did not know u could only have 3 times and was told i could have the counter reset to 0 on here so i can make my account on my new xbox one the home account plz help

    This issue is linked with your account, but I just confirmed by calling into Xbox Support that they can reset the "3 time per year" counter associated with the account.

    She deleted my gold subscription in the process, but we eventually got everything worked out and I could then set my Xbox back to "my home Xbox".

    Microsoft Account - Order History    <

    If it does not show on either of the two links, then it could possibly be that the purchase was made on a different account.

    It shows under the "order history" but not "my games", but there is no other account on my Xbox and there hasn't been. What does this mean? How do I get it added back? Can I request a refund?

    i know this is no use 4 u now but this still seems to be a common problem, havent they added cloud storage with the new dashboard update if they have wouldnt it be wise to keep a spare gears 3 save in the cloud u could update it once a week so if u r reset
