Could this be illegal?

Hello, is it illegal that I'm not above the age 18 (13 years old), and I get to be the admin of the console? I mean, no one in my family is really interested in playing on consoles nearly everyday. My dad isn't into this type of stuff so, I don't have this
type of "Parent account"... I have a payment option in file, and my dad trusts me on it, I don't make any unauthorized purchases on it. Is it still OK for me to be the admin of the console while I'm not above the age 18? And thanks for any answers, I just
want to make sure just so I don't violate the ToS or CoC or any other thing...

whats with the hostility in these forums....Im not saying anything aboyut playing with friends MORON!!! Im saying that in game non of the squads talk ...There is no Tactics runnhing and gunning. If half of youre squad is in a party and the other half isnt
..then what???

it is If you dont communicate. If youre in a party then at least you will be playing as a team but just running and gunning is COD!!

 

I suppose its not "illegal" per say, its totally legal. Sure I get people fake their age so they can play M+ rated games on multiplayer and won't have any stupid "kid locks" on their account if their parent tries to set them up. But be warned, if you want
a "adult" account your account will be treated as such, so if you do anything naughty online or have a offensive mouth/profile you will get reported and or possibly banned.And this isn't just because of your age this goes for everyone on xbox live who should
act according to CoC.

As far as ToS or CoC go no, I do not believe you violate anything. But be responsible, don't do anything stupid or annoying that would result in you being banned or result in others reporting you for X reason(s).

 

I am a mannered person, and I don't use such words when I talk to people. Also, I don't play online that much except with my friends. I also hope to see myself playing on the Xbox One in the future. Cheers!

 

Awesome! I meant to disrespect or anything, I just meant it in regards that children accounts tend to be locked down to the core while adult accounts are not so anyone basically has free range with an adult account. Have a great day and we hope to see
