I see you're having issues with this screen not recognizing that you're using a profile that has an Xbox Live subscription. Do you have Xbox Live Gold?

If you do have an active subscription and everything, then I would recommend removing your account from your console and then redownloading it as outlined on

The exactly same problem happened to me. Unfortunately I uninstalled the game and now I can't find FIFA 15 anywhere in the store, only the demo. Could someone help me with get my FIFA back?

Through what channel did you download the game?



Does your device meet the performance requirements of the game? This error can also be triggered when the device performance is lower than the game's requirements.



Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app? Uninstalling and reinstalling the app will update some of the app's configuration files.



You can try the following steps to re-register the game.

• Run Command Prompt as an administrator (Win" logo key + "Q", enter "cmd", select "Run as administrator"), and enter the following commands one by one.
