Make sure you're using the latest version of the Spotify app on your Xbox. Updates often fix bugs and compatibility issues.

Go to the Microsoft Store on your Xbox.
Search Spotify and check if an update is available. If yes, install it.
Check Playback Settings
Open the Spotify app on your Xbox.
Go to "Your Library" and select the podcast you want to listen to.
Before playing, check that "Play Next" or "Shuffle" is disabled. Sometimes shuffle settings can cause problems.

Also make sure you are using the correct Premium account to sign in to the Spotify app on your Xbox.
If you continue to see ads despite having a Premium account, you may need to sign out and sign back into your Spotify account in the Xbox app.

As advice, Delete Data and Cache
Go to Settings on your Xbox.
Select Storage and then Manage Storage.
Find and select Spotify.
Delete app data and cache.

So recently I realised something wrong and broken in spotify. The Audio slider, on the xbox one version of spotify,dosent work for me. It did for months and know it just stopped. Basically, Whenever I turn up or down the audio slide it dosent change the
Volume of the song. I could use the xbox audio, not spotify, but it effects my game. Someone please HELP

Did it auto sign you out of the xbox one spotify app even though the day before everything worked great, then you try to sign in with the correct email and password but it still says invalid email or password? This happened to me awhile back. I had to
go to the spotify page on my tablet and reset the spotify password. Now the xbox one version works fine.

The home feature has worked amazing I knew it was crazy buying 3 of everything and someone could help me. Really appreciate the help would normally ask the kids but I'm getting games pass from Santa x

I understand that Microsoft has their own music service, but Spotify would be an excellent addition to the current apps for Xbox One. I don't care that it had to be for Gold members only. I'd love to play video games and stream my music through the Xbox,
especially that I have a Turtle Beach headset for the console. Shuffle Play could be the only feature available for my playlists for all I care. This needs to happen as soon as possible.
