    the game could not start . download it again

    i downloaded many games like doritos crash course & harms way & black ops

    every one of these i try to load it says the game could not start .. i redownloaded them about 5 times

    no luck

    cleared the cache and moved the to usb storage and still not working

    what is going on ??

    That is a strange issue. What hard drive do you have, is it official? Try using the system without the hard drive attached and download a demo or an arcade game direct to a USB flash drive, does the download work?

    Try clearing your system cache. If not download the game again.

    My game won’t start up

    Just a quick question for you. Is there DLC installed with this game? If so try deleting everything again and downloading the base game only. If it works then download one piece of DLC at a time and start the game again. If the game doesn't start up
    after one download there could be a glitch in the content and you should remove that particular piece of content.
