    Same issue in Australia. Wasn't able to sign into my account or my daughters account but could sign into my sons, now I can sign into mine but now non of the kids account. Weird.

    Trouble signing in

    It seems you are on 360. I have had similar problems when I had my Xbox One account signed in with my 360 signed in to my account as well. It could be possible that you have your account signed into two different systems at once.

    The same is happening on my Xbox, None of the accounts will sign on. It says to check my account online and when I do i can sign in fine. is there anything i could do?
