    Could not get and install the games from Microsoft store?


    I am a new user in Microsoft store but I cannot own any games. If I searched any games and click on get button a error came on my screen. What I have to do to fix this error?

    What error messages is it coming up with? Different messages mean different things and have different solutions

    What format are you accessing the Store from? Xbox or PC?

    The format of store I accessing is PC. In this a message come in which it was written as "Something went wrong on our end. Waiting a bit might help.
    When did you try accessing the Store? I only ask as I was having issues for a while yesterday whilst accessing the store on my Xbox...it resolved itself a few hours later so, if you tried accessing it yesterday then it might be worth trying again to see if it's resolved itself.
