    HI, Ive been experiencing an issue where - while playing a game of any kind - everything freezes in game for a few seconds then back to normal. Then it started, when freezing, to freeze, black screen, white screen, then all displays go off. I have to reboot my PC. And then it defaults to normal windows driver. When I go to Device manager, I see the GPU display driver there BUT its disabled. When I reenable it, i get an amd error that the display driver has failed to load on your system.
    I then have to uninstall my amd software and reinstall it. I have also tried a full safe mode boot + DDU uninstall from scratch. I tried taking a look at event viewer and the only thing I can find related was the below error and it brought back vague memories of something similar happening. But I cant see how a video capture software could be the issue:

    My PC is about 2ish years old with the below specs:
    i5-13400F
    32 GB DDR4
    4 TB NVME
    AMD radeon RX 6700

    Is there anything I can do

    Hello cameronbeattie2, sorry to hear you're having trouble.

    Even though the PC is 2 years old, if you use it a lot then some of the hardware may be at their end of life and this could be what you're experiencing with your GPU.

    However, I have found this link https://www.makeuseof.com/fix-error-code-0xc000... with some possible fixes. I got this link for you due to the exception code you listed in the info you posted so please give the steps a try to see if it helps you.

    You need tk install the amd suite for your gpu usually they come with a CD or simply goto the amd website and download the suite

    There has been a driver update, before the problem started so it could be that, I dont think or hope its my GPU since its only 1 month old.

    I have Radeon Software that I can use to monitor the GPU with, but i cant change any game settings with it since it dont show the games i have installed via the Xbox Beta app
    If I understand correctly, this issue starts after a driver update? so, can you search for an updated driver version? maybe AMD fix this or (in case you are using the latest driver available) switch back to an old one that is working for this game, waiting
    for a future fixed driver version.

    All Windows 10 drivers, incl AMD drivers for my RX580 gpu are up to date. My pc fully meets the requirements. The issue is with actually installing Xbox Beta, it simply hangs. Same issue with Microsoft Store, the downloads just freeze.

    I've reset the store by going in settings/apps/apps and features but this solves nothing at all.

    The error I'm receiving is (0x8000000B)
