Could I still get a refund for Hitman 2?

I accidentily bought it and I played a few hours on the game's trial before (which is just mostly a port of levels from the previous game and one prologue level from the new game), I haven't started downloading or started the full game's content.

I already asked twice but I believe it's an automated response because I got the exact same both times. They said I couldn't get a refund because I apparantly refunded a $9 game 5 months ago. I just believe this is unfair because I've already spent $200
on Xbox this month and the full game purchase is still within that 2 week, 14 hour period.

I did. Bungie screwed up with this game. It doesn't feel like the sequel that Destiny deserved.

 

Hitman 2 Legacy Pack - Why don't I have access?

If anyone is still having this issue: I had to uninstall Hitman 2 and then install the free Hitman 2 prologue. After doing that i was able to navigate to the store through Hitman and get the legacy pack.

 

You can try contacting support and speak to billing, but since you've already submitted a request twice it's highly unlikely. Contact Us | Xbox Support

 

Try contacting xbox support don't see why you can't get a refund

 

You may contact support and ask them about refunds to see if you are elegible for it...

That's a strange policy in that they won't give more than one refund a year? I wonder why?
