I'm sorry but phone support was mistaken to have you post in the forums. No one but an Enforcement Team member can respond to any enforcement actions they issue. They do not use the forums.

Thanks but the thing is, I wasn’t banned on my account because I got someone to sign in and check for me. I’ve literally been console banned. When I go to enforcement there isn’t any suspension there for me so I don’t know how I could get a case reviewed.

Is there a way to get in contact with a Enforcement Team member? I remember back in the day you could.
