Cosmic Rescue Rewards

Hi, I believe the option to redeem the 1 month of Game Pass Ultimate should show up as something you can redeem for 0 points on the

Redeem page for your Microsoft Rewards account once you have successfully completed the activities for Cosmic Rescue.

If it's not showing up there for some reason and you did successfully complete all the missions for this activity, I'd reach out to

Microsoft Rewards' customer support directly. Hope that helps!

Has anyone else not received their rewards for Cosmic Rescue? I finished it about a week early and to my knowledge have not gotten the points or the month of game pass ultimate since I’m pretty sure my expiration date is still the same.

Step 1 ----Select Xbox One

Step 2 ----Select See other options

Step 3 ----Select topic (Ex. System Update)

Step 4 ----Select "Show contact options"

Step 5 ----Select request a call from support

Since this is an issue with Microsoft Rewards, you want to open a new support ticket with them:

I had the exact same issue with the game pass and they were able to issue it to me just fine.

You might want to check you 'redeem' tab and see if the free month is there, that's where mine was.

The 2x mobile points I haven't seen activate yet, but usually doesn't activate until the actual expiration of the mission, in this case Oct. 31st.
