Cortana still doesn't work in Germany (de-DE) although it's fine on Windows 10 PCs

When I set language and location to German / Germany and try to enable Cortana, I still get the dreaded message that it is unsupported in de-DE (which is code for Germany) and that I should try again later. How much later please? I had hoped for the Spring
2018 update to fix this but no way.

At the same time Cortana works on my Windows 10 PCs and I'm fairly sure it even works on my old Lumia phones. Why don't you finally enable it on the Xbox, Microsoft? Or at least remove the "enable Cortana" button in the Xbox UI when German is set as a language?

Windows 10 XBox App DVR requieres Media Pack that is already installed

Hi folks,

I wanna screen record my Windows 10 desktop using the build in DVR feature of Windows 10 (Pro N 64bit).

The app says, that I have to install the Media Feature Pack for Windows N version (KB3010081). I did it but after a restart, the app still requires this Add On.

How can I fix it?

Como prometido, vir aqui afirmar a resolução do problema que, sim, deu certo.

Im in germany. I've tried both german and US support page.

Also the steps from
{Parity} don't work, "Step 2 ----Select See other options " doesn'T work. nothing happens.

Same here but the app we're using (Windows 8) has been replaced!

If you haven't updated your Lumia to Windows 10, you should do it now. On Windows 10, newer XBOX apps are available that are still working.
