    Cortana Not Working


    Having owned a Kinect since launch day, I was dismayed to find that all of the voice commands now require me to say, "Hey Cortana . . . " instead of "Xbox". If that didn't suck enough, by the time I say, "Hey Cortana. . . pause." It takes roughly 5 seconds
    of lag before the system actually registers the command.

    Commands don't seem to be very accurate either. She just pulls up random stuff and snaps apps???

    Kind of pointless to use commands when they don't register quickly or very accurately.

    Cortana not working

    I have 2 Xbox one S models, Cortana does not work on either one of them. Now there are several postings about how to fix this but simply put if a factory reset doesn't fix the issue its a hardware issue plain and simple. I simple wish for you to replace
    my console with one that works, as my unit is less than 90 days old. Again, I dId a FACTORY RESET already. That is now twice I have said that, please don't make me say it again. plz provide me the steps to replace my xbox.

    Cortana not working

    I have a BT300 Deluxe headset and I connected it with a 3.5 mm headphone jack to my Xbox One S controller. Tried to activate Cortana and it worked the first time, but since then it just doesn't work any more? Any help??

    Yes mate.You can have Cortana or turn her off & stick with the old voice commands although they wont work with the headset which is a small price to pay in my experience.
