    Cortana Not Working Again.


    With the newest update just released Cortana is not functioning again. It will respond when I say, "Hey Cortana" but nothing else and says "Warming Up". This is the second time this happen in less than two months only this time it's worse because when
    I try to bring up the Cortana app in the "My Games & Apps" option it will crash so I can't use old Xbox Commands. I did a hard reset and cleared the MAC and still, nothing.

    I really think it is in the Cortana update. Is your console working again?

    Hey pointman74250,

    Sorry to hear! It looks like you're currently in the Xbox One Preview Program, and it's best to report any issues you come across using the feedback app by holding the Home button on your Xbox One controller.

    Steps you can try in addition to what you mentioned in your post includes fully powering down your Xbox One, unplugging the power from the unit and letting it sit for 3 minutes. Boot back up and see if that affects any change. Additionally,

    Factory Restoring your Xbox One console and selecting 'Reset and keep my games & apps' will be the next best step after that.

    If the issue continues, be sure that you have reported the issue and then drop into the Preview Program forums for further assistance.

    Revert to an actual working Xbox voice command mode

    I specifically said I turned off Cortana because it doesn't work at all, if you turn on Cortana and say, "Hey Cortana Select" while in Netflix it does absolutely nothing. If you say "Hey Cortana Next List" it chooses to Google Next List rather than go to
    the next list. I want to go back to the built in Xbox voice commands that used to work, but after disabling Cortana, they only partially work. How do I get that feature to work again?
