Cortana not respoding

Hello. i have a litle doubt regarding xbox one if anyone can clarify me.

Recently i tried to use Cortana voice comands...... but for some reason it didnt respond:

-My xbox language is on English (US);

-My xbox in on "Instant On" power Mode.....;

-when i sign in for the first time on the xbox i "enabled cortana app"

But Cortana isnt working, it does not respond.....i plug in my headsets ..... the xbox recognizes the headsets (i heard the sounds of xbox on my headsets, but if i call cortana " Hey Cortana" she is not respoding........

I use headsets "SONY MDREX15LP";



i used cortana before (three months ago) with headsets of my cellphone (Samsung Galaxy J5) and cortana worked perfectly fine.

i would like to kow if i missed something.......... if the problem............ is my headsets compability...........or if its a hardware problem.

If someone can clarify me ....

With all this spam in the forums. The forum server is getting very sluggish on respoding. Something must be done....

 

2 Cortanas in the same room.

Yo dawg, I heard you like Cortana, so I put Cortana next to Cortana so you can ask Cortana while asking Cortana.

 

Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

 

Have You tried to disable It then able It again?

 

Okay ...i read something like thatn in other articles ...just one question.......... that is for a HARD RESTART or for HARD Reset .......just to clarify xD

yes...... i changed the power mode betwen "enegy saving" and "instant on"...2 3 times...i did a factory reset..... i restarted the console......

i already think of something (cwich can be something stupid xD) .... and because im not entirely familized with the cortana APP ....

any headeset can be used with Cortana? this have to have specified microphone incorporated......?
