Cortana has been blowing out my Kinect, acting weird. Several fixes are needed!

I know its still in beta...and hoping these issues will soon be fixed. I have had the following issues:

1. Random volume changes - for no reason after giving her a voice command, she has been turning up the volume on my connected Onkyo receiver to FULL BLAST.
   
2. Searching the internet for local TV function requests and then fails - Simple commands like changing channels on my TV, snapping an app, volume up and down commands have become problematic because she wants to search the internet before performing them
   - and many times she fails to even perform the task, saying I cannot connect right now. This must be addressed and fixed. Why cant a separate programming function tell her not to search the internet for these commands? It is not necessary.
   
3. She gets confused when she cannot find things and then that annoying searching tone continues ad infinitum until I shut off and unplug my console = ANNOYING.
   
4. Often when any of these issue occur, she blows out my Kinect. The power light turns off, Kinect becomes non-functional and a message on screen states that the Kinect is disabled. So she is shutting off my Kinect. Only way to fix....shut down, unplug console
   and reboot. ANNOYING.

Again...I know this is still beta testing, but PLEASE FIX THESE PROBLEMS SOON Microsoft.

I can see your frustration. I know that allot of people have being having issues with this new update and their Hard Drives becoming unformatted to their Xbox 360's. The only thing I can recommend, is what they had told me to pass onto other people that
are having this issue. Please try and follow the instructions bellow:

Could you please unplug your Xbox 360 and everything that is connected to it. After you have done this, you will need to inject the Hard Drive for the console. For help with this, please follow the instructions within the article bellow.

After you have done this, please plug everything back into your Xbox 360. Plug everything back in, including your network cables. Then start it up again. After you have done this, you should then see the Hard Drive back in the Storage area, and it should
be formatted back to the Xbox 360.

All of this information has been handed down from phone support, and they say it should work with this. However if it doesn't work, please feel free to ring support your self or keep posted to the forums for more troubleshooting steps.

PREVIEW FORUMS.

Someone may actually post a link, but you should also have a Preview App if you're in the Preview program. It takes feedback as well.
