Cortana does not sign in

Hey everybody,

I just updated my xbox one to the one which contains Cortana, but when I tried to sign in immediately show a sign "I'm sorry, something went wrong. Try again in a little bit". And this happens every time I try to sign in. Any ideas what to do?

Cortana does not work!

Yes u did try calibrating the kinect sensor. No dice... I don't own a headset and using one would defeat the purpose of what I would use cortana for anayway. I know that I can disable it, trust me Already have since the other members of my household were
getting frustrated that no voice commands were working at all. I turned off cortana and everything was back to normal. The original voice commands started working perfectly.I would really like to try and avoid doing a factory reset. How much of my settings
and and profiles would I have to go back and set up again? If it's alot I really don't have the time to be doing that just to get cortana. No thanks.

Thanks for the additonal information. Have you tried
Calibrating Your Kinect Sensor recently? If not, please try that and see if it helps. Could you also try using Cortana with a headset to see if the feature works that way? Alternatively, if you'd prefer, you can disable Cortana and revert to the original
Xbox commands. There is a guide for that
here.

Another suggestion would be to attempt to
Factory Restore your console to see if that helps resolve the issue.

Currently Cortana is
only available in the United States and in the United Kingdom. If you are outside of those two supported regions, the Cortana feature is not currently available. We don't have any further information regarding additional regions at this time.
