Corruption

Hello Xbox community I would like to inform you of an altercation I was in that got me suspended from Xbox communications. Now I was in the wrong to use "abusive languae" but we were going back and forth, so they invited me to their party and there were maybe
7 people in the party. The guy said that everyone was gonna report me and they did, this new Xbox enforcement act is so not fair anyone can just report someone for nothing and get away with it while the real victim gets punished.

The enforcement act is so corrupt anyone can send a false report but it's even worse when you get a group of 8+ to report one person because they get mad in a game of slasher.

Corruption

When the Xbox 360 made its first debut I had gotten one
and opened my first account (Morbid Monk3y). Being excited for all the classic games offered I began my collection of arcade games. Paperboy, Ninja Turtles, Double Dragon, etc. After a couple months of having my account I get on my Xbox 360 like any
other day and try to sign into my gaming account. To my surprise it wouldn't let me. The console kept giving me an error message. I go to the storage unit to look at my profile and manage my account and my profile comes up with a File Corruption status. I
was never able to get my account back online, I called for support a numerous amount of times with no help. Operators told me they couldn't give me my account info without the credit card used on the account, many calls got disconnected, and operators explained
to me after a couple years of trying to get it that my account could not be recovered because I could not recall the email account used. After spending more than three hundred dollars on this account and the console it made me feel uneasy about this company
and their products. I don't expect anything from Microsoft and I know I will never get my account back I just want to warn all the Xbox Live users that this sort of thing can happen and we should be very careful about how much money we put into these companies
we support and how much trust we place in them because they are very unreliable and extremely unhelpful at the most important times in our gaming careers.

Thanks, I've already done everything in this game 13 times over, but I just cant seem to stop, until this started happening.

 

There's nothing new going on with the enforcement team. They're working the same way they always have. You can have a millions complaints filed against you but will only receive a suspension/ban if they found that you have done something to violate the code
of conduct/terms of service. Since you do admit to using abusive language, then it sounds like they did what they should have. In situations like that, it's best for you to report the other player instead of responding to them.

Since you admittedly took part in using abusive language, it's likely that is the sole reason for your suspension.

Having reports spammed against you doesn't work out like that.

It's likely the person you got in to the argument with reported you for harassment and that would have been enough to warrant the suspension. The extra reports by his friends wouldn't have made any difference to the outcome.

In the future, do not engage in harassment or abuse through Xbox Live. Play games to have fun. If someone is harassing you or baiting you in to sending an abusive message, then take the high road. Report them, and block them.
