Corrupted xbox 360 game and can't refund

Yesterday I bought a xbox 360 digital game (kane and Lynch deadmen) on my Xbox 360 console by a redeem code of 20 euro in spain . I waited 2 hours to download full digital game (5.49GB) after waiting till it completed 80% it jumped automatically to 100% completed download and a message appeared that's in my games section. I searched my game section and didn't find it then I checked my hard disk storage and I found a corrupted file of the game name with 5.5 GB with yellow mark of (!) And couldn't open it I downloaded it again and still have the same problem. Anyone can help me solve it? Because I tried also to refund my 20€ and the refund button doesn't appear, if there's no solution to get the game I want my money back?

You can try to request a refund by signing in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and then copy the order number. Once you have it simply go to the refund webform link here: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/forms/request-a-...

It says the game is non refundable, and I checked to see if there is a corrupted file, but did not find one...... and I still can't play the game online.

You must buy the xbox 360 games individually that come in this bundle as you can't use the Rare Replay games on Xbox 360.

Rare Replay was a bundle for xbox one.

I selected the incompleted download of the game from my external drive. The title of the incomplete download is: Corrupted; subtitle is Xbox 360 Game. Somehow the X360 download of Indiana Jones and the Emperor's Tomb has corrupted data, which is why the
download can't finish!
